Little Bennett Golf Course sits at the north end of Little Bennett Regional Park and offers several scenic views of Sugarloaf Mountain. The course offers elite country club conditions over a scenic par-72 course.\nThe tournament will be organized as a shotgun four-person scramble. Golfers who do not submit a foursome will be assigned to one. Foursome assignments are designed for interaction between consultants, building owners, contractors, and material suppliers involved with the industry in the Mid-Atlantic Chapter area of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. The tournament will offer prizes for 1st and 2nd place. Contests will include a morning putting contest, longest drive, and closest to the pin. Immediately following the tournament there will be a catered lunch, awards ceremony, and a raffle. Raffle Items include apparel, pro-shop gift certificates, and assorted golf equipment. All golfers will receive a sleeve of balls and an IIBEC polo.\nWe hope you will join us for our 22st Annual Mid-Atlantic Chapter of IIBEC golf outing. We hope to fill the entire 18-hole field with golfers.
