Join the IIBEC Mid‑Atlantic Chapter for our 23rd Annual Golf Outing at Little Bennett Golf Course, a par‑72 course offering elite country club playing conditions and scenic views of nearby Sugarloaf Mountain. The tournament will be organized as a shotgun four‑person scramble and any golfers who do not submit a foursome will be assigned to one. Assignments are designed to promote collaboration between building owners, consultants, contractors, and material suppliers within the industry and Mid-Atlantic region.
There will be a catered lunch, awards ceremony, and raffle immediately following the tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place foursomes and winners of the Putting Contest, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin. Raffle items include apparel, pro-shop gift certificates, and assorted golf equipment.

Registration Includes:
Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Hot Dog Cart, Lunch, Tournament Services, Contests, Prizes, and an IIBEC Polo.
Light breakfast options will also be provided.
Tournament Format:
Shotgun start, four‑person scramble. Golfers without a full foursome will be paired.
Raffle:
Items include apparel, pro shop gift certificates, and assorted golf equipment.
